Online is now the fastest and easiest way to file for benefits! Online services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can file a new claim, reopen an existing claim, file a weekly claim, or check the status of your most recent payment via the Internet at my.alaska.gov

Claim Center technicians are available 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Alaska Standard Time (AKST), Monday through Friday.

For the hearing impaired, dial 711 or Alaska Relay at (800) 770-8255. Long distance charges will begin when the call is connected to the claim center specialist.
