Notice for Public Construction:
Projects bid before July 1, 2025, do not require adjustments for the sick leave provisions in Ballot Measure 1. The Little Davis Bacon Act mandates that bids for public construction projects be based on the Pam 600 at the time of bidding. For Projects bid after July 1, 2025, all contractors will be required to comply with the paid sick leave requirement.
